Luxury of the Trends 2009 is luxury which is the effusion of the wearer’s inner mind, reflecting charm, magnificence and minimal style. No one can deny a direct and widespread influence of stars and celebrities on consumers, such as wearing only a jewelry watch and a pair of earrings, or carrying a favorite handbag and wearing a bracelet. This style is categorized under the concept of "Less is more LUXURY".

The 2009 jewelry trend can be categorized into four styles as follows:
1. Jewelry Culture : This jewelry style conveys culture. The wearing style or pattern, and the symbol which is the jewelry piece’s identity indicate its culture through the minimalist presentation, such as Chinese lion and beading technique or Inlay technique (blocking or engraving one kind of material on another material, like splicing materials into various forms) which can be seen in Tibet work. For the ninth consecutive year, Sir Elton John and David Furnish will open their Windsor home to their friends to raise millions for the Elton John AIDS Foundation and their fight against AIDS on Thursday 28th June 2007. This ravishing charity event is awaited as one of the highlights of the London season.
A lot of celebrities are expected at the event to support Sir Elton John and his fight against AIDS.
The jewellery and watches company supports the Elton John Aids Foundation through a special “Elton John†watch collection. For many years now Chopard has been active in supporting medical research , and has given aid to numerous foundations. When Caroline Gruosi-Scheufele met Sir Elton John ten years ago, he immediately approached her with the idea that Chopard could take an active role in his foundation’s fight against AIDS.
